User research
This component has been used on agent-facing services across DWP, including:
- Move to Universal Credit
- Apply for New Style Jobseeker’s Allowance
The header with navigation is based on work carried out by the Winter Fuel Payment and Get your State Pension services.
A citizen-facing service found that some users ignore the navigation when it is placed within the header component.
