Written formats
This is the first screen in the pattern. Because there is no initial filtering question, the option to receive standard letters is included as the first option.
In this example, a large print letter is included as the second option as it is often the most requested alternative format. Other changes to a print letter are next; the remaining options are then listed alphabetically.
Where email addresses are collected the pattern uses the standard GOV.UK pattern.
